• Custom changes are an additional $20 for flash 1-3 inches
• Custom changes are an additional $25 for Flash 1-6 inches.

If you are getting a flash design at a Tattoo Pop up event,  then there are no alterations, and some body placements may not be available.  
Also Pending on how busy the event is,  Only flash designs are available for tattoing.
